Divination and Magick require immense focus, presence, and energy conservation. I will always uphold the integrity required for each order over commercial demands. My priority is always to channel and conserve my energy so that I can fulfill processing orders.

Constant inquiries and demands for updates create administrative delays and disrupt the space required to do this work effectively. It steals my energy away from those who are patiently waiting and I must uphold fairness. Because of this, I maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for impatient or repetitive messaging.

Prioritization: For prioritized processing, a “Portal Pass” must be purchased for the service.

Timelines: All estimated delivery dates are approximations. Delays may occur due to order volume. “Divine Timing” orders are processed strictly in the order received.

Status Updates: General status updates can be found by going to “My Account,” “Orders,” and clicking on your open order.
